HR-Trak is designed specifically to meet and exceed the requirements of CMS and accrediting bodies.
CMS requires companies to specify personnel qualifications, experience, training and continuing education requirements, all possible through HR-Trak.
Accrediting bodies have varying requirements for personnel management, but the keys are these:
- There must be a written job description
- Hiring is done according to a job description
- Orientation is given to specific job requirements and to the organization
- Employees are evaluated after the 90 day Introductory Period
- Evaluations are done annually afterward
- Evaluations are written, shared with employees and signed
